INTRODUCTION
The SPACE program—an acronym for Star, Planetary, Astronomy, Cosmos, Earth—is an innovative initiative dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding of space science among students from classes 1 to 8 across India. Developed with the vision of making quality space education accessible to all, the program will be offered free of cost to ensure inclusivity and equal opportunity for every student in the country.
Through meticulously recorded classes delivered by accomplished educators from reputed academic institutions, the program covers a comprehensive range of topics, including Astronomy, Stars, Planets, Cosmos, Earth, Rockets, Comets, Black Holes, and more. These lessons progress from fundamental concepts to advanced knowledge, fostering curiosity and comprehension among young learners. Furthermore, the curriculum is developed in adherence to the guidelines outlined in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, ensuring its relevance and alignment with modern educational standards.
SPACE aims to inspire the next generation of scientists, innovators, and explorers by providing a structured and engaging platform for learning about the cosmos. To maximize its impact and reach, SPACE will also be made available in all Indian regional languages, breaking language barriers and creating an equitable learning experience for students across diverse linguistic backgrounds.
By participating in this program, students will not only gain valuable insights into the mysteries of the universe but also embark on a transformative educational journey that shapes their future aspirations.
